In spring 2007, ViVi Sun Design Studio launched its second product line for the mature and sophisticated women - ViVi Sun.

Compared with its first production - Princess ViVi, the ViVi Sun product line embraces subtler color and the ever organic and geometric shapes that everyone’s been loving about the studio’s works. Unique and made of unconventional mixed mediums such as semi-precious stones, plastic beads, and glass marbles, every piece is a wearable art.

The strong art background of studio director - ViVi Sun has been the key to the uniqueness of the Studio’s creations. The colors and movements most often seen in paintings and sculptures are molded into her jewelry design. At ViVi Sun, no two pieces are alike.

“Not only should every woman be pampered and treated like a goddess, she should accessorize like one too.” Ms. Vivi Sun said. “That’s the spirit of ViVi Sun – to uncover the Goddess in every woman.”

About Designer – ViVi Sun:

After 5 years of studying art and sculpture, 4 years of jewelry designing and producing, ViVi Sun considers herself not only a jewelry designer, but also a painter and a sculptor. In her designs, she blends the three-dimensional elements of sculpting and the composition elements of painting into a functional art – jewelry. “Art is not only meant to be looked at, but to be touch at, to be felt and most importantly, to convey.”

In her early childhood, ViVi Sun ’s family background of architecture influenced her greatly. At younger age, she entered her paintings and drawings into competitions and won many awards throughout the years. At age 15, ViVi Sun was accepted into one of the most prestigious art school in her origin country, Taiwan. After finishing 3 years of intense art training, ViVi Sun left her family and friends and moved to New York for further education and broader ideas. Within years, ViVi Sun got two AAS Degrees from Fine Arts and Jewelry Design and her Bachelor’s Degree in Jewelry Studio.

“I can’t imagine living a day without creating. I am blessed for what I do best and get to do it everyday.” Surely, life should be filled with creations and expressions. ViVi Sun hopes by doing what she knows best, her creativity will enrich a small part of your life.
